Volleyball (indoor) 1:00:00 [1]
shoes: VB : hyperdunk low

My back was still a little sore but mostly ok. I was more worried about my left wrist. It was ok but didn't seem quite healed.
We played the team in front of us in the standings and are capable of beating. We got off to a good start and won the first game. Unfortunately we had some bad rotations the next two games where we gave up a bunch of points in a row. We played even but with the run of point we clearly lost. This officially puts us out of the playoffs.

Soccer (outdoor) 50:00 [3]
shoes: Soccer Indoor Nike 2013 Mercer

Our consolation game of the playoffs. We lost in the same manner we always do. Our defence pushes up and then can't get back in time for a fast break and the other team scores.
I played hard. I was running hard but then my back starting hurting so I had to slack off some. I spent most the time chasing but never touching the ball. We lost 3-1. Season over now.
After the game my back was feeling pretty sore.

Orienteering (stumble long) 2:57:00 [3] 14.4 km (12:18 / km) +385m 10:51 / km
shoes: Falcons 2018

My goal was to just finish. My back is still sore but feeling ok to run. I started off slow and was already tired just jogging up the trail. I kept it slow. I add a better route to 2 and passed a bunch of people. I then over shot 3 by goihg to far on the trail. Up the hill to 4. on 5 I was to low and over shot it. I went all the way to #2 before I realized where I was. Good route to 6. Overshot #7 and bounced off the trail and came back. Going to the window, I decided to not take the road. Big mistake. the hill side was rocky and greener than mapped. It was very slow. I finally bailed out to the road and was behind people I had previously passed. At his point I was with Glen Tryson and Tom Overbaugh off/on the rest of the course. By the end my legs were close to cramping so I was walking the whole way. going up the final hill I lost over 2 minutes to them. I did finish without cramping.
