Easy short jog on the treadmill to loosen up from yesterday's orienteering. I needed to stretch out before soccer Tuesday.

There was a lot of down debris/sticks and loose leaves. It was a slow run as you had to step over everything. I lost a few minutes on #2 and Michael Dickey caught up to me. We were together off and on the rest the course. I got ahead for awhile but he ran me down later.
