My shoulder is still bothering me. I played ok except I still can't serve overhand. My team lost big again. One person was injured besides my self and we overall just didn't play well. We still haven't one a game this season and aren't likely to.

Home late from work so couldn't go to my mothers but was able to go on an easy run. I wanted to loosed up my muscles from Soccer. I was still very tired and sore.

My plan was to go at least two miles. I was able to get a little farther but didn't want to overdo it.

I was all healed but still leery on how I would last. I also didn't want to get hurt again. I played cautiously. The first half we had another good player. I was able to work with him. We were up 2-1 at the half. I also had a really good shot but the goalie was able to get it.
Unfortunately the other guy could only play the first half and by the end of the first half I was dead tired.
I managed to last the game but wasn't moving well by the end. My calves were in serious danger of cramping so I couldn't run.
Without my running and the other guy, the other team had their way. We lost 5-2.
