I had lots of warm up time and it made a big difference. I played well and so did my team. It has been awhile since we played this well. We still lost but we made the other team earn the point this time.

Out of shape and getting over a strained hamstring so I just did Green. 1 mile into the course I was beat and ready to call it quits. I am so out of shape.
Generally I did ok but I had some troubles near the end as I was getting dehydrated and stupid.
