Soccer practice. Becuase of my broken rib I didn't run. I did practice passing and trapping. I was the only one who could take good corner kicks so I took lots of those. Too many as my right leg got sore.
Most of the time I just walked to retrieve errant balls.

Vetting the bike course. Stream a little higher after the rain yesterday but not too bad. Trails held up well.
Because of my rib, I walked the whole course. Because of my hand, I tried to keep it elevated.
