shoes: Soccer Indoor Nike 2013 Mercer

Joined a pickup ultimate game in the local park. I figured It would be a good way to get into shape for soccer which I had just signed up for. I was most worried about pulling a muscle as I wasn't in sprinting shape.
I was able to hold my own against the young kids (in their 20's). Everything was fine until near the end of play time I jumped up to catch a frisbee and took a hard hit in the ribs by the defenders arm. It knocked the wind out of me.
To cut to the chase. I have a broken 5th rib, and 20% partial collapsed left lung. With the lung and bruises it hurts to breath. Nothing life threatening just very painful

Rt 175 + Severn Road+ partial park loop. Decided to run a little extra since I was going so slow and hadn't been getting the miles in.

Mapping new area. Got a lot done but there was more woods then I expected to didn't quite finish all the areas I had planned.

Walk with Darcy. Up around the park and then around the school. It rained on us on the way home.
