It went to go running outside but it has started raining again so went on the treadmill. I wasn't very motivated so only lasted 15 minutes.

My plan was to finish without cramping or getting hurt. I wanted to run my own race and not get suckered into running harder. I succeeded. I wasn't very fast but managed to finish.
I skipped 4 because it seemed like a good idea at the time. As usual, when I skip, I don't do a good job navigating to it.
After # 4 I was with Ernst the whole way. Even when we took different routes we got there at the same time. At the end he still had more energy and was able to move faster.
