Felt stonger today. Ran the first mile a little fast then eased off. I was going to tack on another mile but my legs started twinging so I didn't push it.

Course was too long for me. I tried to run easy and not push it so I would be able to finish. I navigated well except on control #6. I took the trail figuring it would keep me moving instead of stopping repeatedly to look at the map. I was ok until I screwed up the final approach. I was at the marsh to the north and it took me a long time to figure out where I when wrong.
