Easy treadmill run to see how the calf is doing. Still sore but it didn't get worse while running which is very encouraging.

Runners course with lots of trail. I ran out of speed part way through and my calf started hurting. Generally very clean.
I accidentally ran to #3 forgetting about #2 then had to back track.
