Easy run to see how the calf is. My calf was sore as it stretched out but loosened up. I just ran easy and didn't go far.

Rt 715 + 1 park loop.

We Played the other bad team. We should have won, and I fact we did win a game. It was our 2nd win the season. Unfortunately winning a game was too much for my team to handle. The very next game my team fell apart and got slaughtered. It wasn't that the other team played well but we just sucked big time.

Calf is still sore but I wanted to get some exercise so I rode the bike down stairs.
Rode for 32 minutes at an easy pace. Good exercise for the thighs but that is about all.

Easy walk on the treadmill to loosed back up.

Short course with lots of controls. I decided to treat this as a practice sprint. I wanted to run hard and see what I could do.
I started off hard (probably too hard). Once I got into the woods I slowed down to a good run pace. Unfortunately I got to the 5th control and my left calf started hurting so I had to slow down. I thought about just stopping but it didn't seem too bad is I didn't push off hard on my left foot. I tried to keep moving but not push it.
Few controls were not optimal (mishung or hung on features that shouldn't have been used). One bingo control that luckily for me had someone punching so I could see it.

Doing control pickup. Since my calf was sore I took a closer in area.
