Went down to run on the treadmill.
The air was very dry again. I think if I just start running, my lungs dry out. Unfortunately that is what I did. I toughed out 1 mile but then had to stop. I walked a mile then, was able to start up again and did three. The last mile I picked the pace back up and could feel it in my legs.
