Run at Disney. After walking in the park all day I decided to go for a run when we got back to the room. Used different muscles so felt ok running. I did try to pick it up the last mile loop. Added another 1/2 a loop.

At Disney World, Orlando Florida. After being in Hollywood park all day we decided to go for a run. Went running with keli (my brother in law's girlfriend). she runs faster and farther than I do so I told her to run her pace and I would peel off when I couldn't keep up. instead she was running slower than normal so thought I was running fast. She had to peel off part way through. Turned out she was running a fever which is why she was slower than normal.
