Wore my new shoes. They are sooo llight and fluffy.

Easy run. I was cold for the first part then hot for the last part. My back was sore for the first mile then loosened up.

Soccer (indoor) 30:00 [3]
shoes: Soccer Indoor Nike 2013 Mercer

Another later game. I don't know if the team were were playing was supposed to be any good or not but we got off to bad start. they have two people that were good and enough other people to support them. We fell behind early but was able to battle our back again in the 2nd half. We were up a goal with 2 minutes to go then scored another goal. It looked like a sure thing. 15 seconds later they scored another goal making the lead just one. they almost scored again but we held them off for the victory. We are 2-0 this session.

shoes: O: Icebuds 2012

Course was not very inspiring. Lots of climb, every leg a dogleg. I ran much of the course behind then ahead of Dave Pruden and Vido Aleskiev.
