Run after dark. I hate running in the dark because of all the tree branches that hit in the face. I need to start wearing my head lamp. Easy run.
I started out running but the FedEx guy came to the house so I had to turn around and make sure I didn't need to sign for a package.

shoes: O icebugs 2015

My plan was to do the first part running and then walk/survive the last part. Fortunately the course was shorter than advertised. First loop was 7.7 and I did that ok although I was pretty tired by the end. I was in 6th at the map exchange.
The second loop was only 5.5K but I was very tired and ended up walking almost all of it.
