I played well but not much. I was subbed with libero.
I was happy that my back was feeling ok.

Because of the easy volleyball game I was fresh. I ran hard and got to play half back. I scored two goals. They weren't pretty goals but did go in.

shoes: O icebugs 2015

Orienteering was navigationally easy (almost like an orange course). I took at least one poor route choice but was clean everywhere else. I didn't feel very fast but did try to keep moving.
