Hanging controls the day before Oregon Ridge. I hung all the woods ones. It was slow going because I was carrying water and a ton of controls. I used this to break in my new O'shoes.
I got a leg cramp jogging across the parking lot. I tired to message it out while scoring the game before ours but it didn't loosen up. It did get better while playing but I was being careful on it. I decided to skip soccer so I wouldn't hurt it worse. It was fine the next day.

I started off running harder than normal since I have been going slow due to my back. I wanted to put in something better. The first mile was fine then I eased up before I hurt something else. I picked up the last mile also.
