Helping conduct training at a beginner training session. Then after we get to run the yellow course.
I only brought my O shoes and not running shoes. So I decided to not run on any trails on this yellow course. There were two trails I had to run one but they were dirt. The woods were fairly green in places so that really slowed things down.

Had stomach issues today so wasn't sure what running was going to due. I went for an easy run. Going slow wasn't too bad. Last mile I picked up the pace.
