Hanging controls at Kings landing. A fair amount of climb while hanging. I mostly walked but jogged some. For a little bit I had to carry all the water out also.

I played our game then the game after hours needed people so I played another one. My calves were very tight by the end.
the first game we played a young team. There were fast but not very skilled. Unfortunatly they were fast enough to still score on us. We lost (yet again) 5-3. We should have won but didnt'.
the second game was lost also but since it wasn't my team It didn't matter. It was the same problems as my team, the people didn't want to play defense.

I was going to do an easy 2 miles outside, but it started pouring as I was getting changed. Instead I just did them on the tread mill. Went easy just to loosed up from the Billy Goat run. Muscles still feeling it.

I tried not to run too fast so I wouldn't burn out. Unfortunately I still cramped up near the end. I lost a lot of places because of the cramp with 400m to go to the finish.
