I was going to do an easy 2 miles outside, but it started pouring as I was getting changed. Instead I just did them on the tread mill. Went easy just to loosed up from the Billy Goat run. Muscles still feeling it.

I tried not to run too fast so I wouldn't burn out. Unfortunately I still cramped up near the end. I lost a lot of places because of the cramp with 400m to go to the finish.

Once again my team fell apart the 2nd half. We were up 3-1 at the half but managed to loose at the buzzer 4-3.
My ankle was still a little sore so I was worried about it before the game but it didn't bother me at all.

Run around the parking lot to cool off and loosen up.
