It warmed up nicely. Ground was muddy in some places.
First part of course was long trail run. Overall, I navigated well but was always left about 20 meters. It was remarkably open in the woods so very much a runners course. I just couldn't muster up much speed. With all the open running I could have done blue but still happy with Red. I did do control pickup to get some extra time in.

Didn't want to run but didn't have an excuse not to. I ran easier to see if that would help. It helped the first mile (because it was easier the first mile) but wasn't easier the rest. I did tough it out for a 1/4 mile than my more recent treadmill work outs.

Bad day at work. I got the court just as the first game was starting so I didn't get to warm up any. Fortunately I didn't have to touch the ball right away so got a chance to stretch some before being in the play. Fortunately the rest of my team was on for the first game. We beat one of the best teams the first game. Then our other setter came and didn't do a good job and we lost the 2nd game. for the third game we were holding our own early until our new team member tore his Achilles. After the break we fell apart and didn't score hardly any. Oh well, at least the first game was good.

The other team had a lot of pickup players (better ones) as they were short handed. This changed the dynamic a lot. Individually, they were fast and skilled but fortunately didn't work well as a team. We were able to out play them and won 5-2. I had a few good shots but didn't score any, and didn't give up any goals.

Finished shoveling when I got home from work. Darcy had done most of the driveway before I got home. It was light fluffy snow.
