Shoveling the driveway at my fathers Western Maryland house. The snow as about 6 inches deep in places and compacted. I really worked a lot to get his driveway shoveled.

Volleyball (indoor) 1:00:00 [3]

First game of the season. It was very tough. I had to knock the rust off. It has been awhile since my team played and it showed. We started off very slow and then got better. unfortuntately the other team was quicker to warm up. We lost 2 of 3 games.
I had quite a workout jumping and blocking.

I strained my back during volleyball but decided to still go to soccer. My back while sore loosened up. I played ok.

Orienteering at Combat Villiage, Quantico.
I forgot my glasses but didn't have to much trouble reading the map. Navigated by contours. Vegetation on the map was very iffy so mostly ignored it. Only one real hesitation area and rest was clean. Generally just slow in the woods.
