Down in Hueston Texas. I ran at my brother-in-laws housing fitness center.
I was still very full from a late lunch so started off slow so I wouldn't get a side ache. I wasn't sure how far I would get before having to stop but I did make it the whole way.

Haven't run in almost a week because of the holidays and having a house full of people. Went for an easy run. My hamstrings continue to give me problems.
