Haven't been running so not in any kind of shape. I started off hard but with the leaf cover it was difficult footing and I kept tweaking my ankles. This unmotivated me so I took it easy. Mostly just jogged and walked. We crossed the stream several times and I spent a long time looking for ways to cross where I could keep my feet dry. I also stopped at one point to give someone help in finding themselves. I did decided to run the last two controls hard. I caught back up and passed the guy who had passed me a few controls back.

I haven't trained all week. My team was up to its usual self, the forwards and halfs only play one direction. They run forward but don't run back. We lost again as a result 4-2.
