Volleyball (Indoor) 1:00:00 [2]
shoes: VB: Newbalance 620

We played well. We played the first place team and won a game and almost one another. It was our first real win all season. I was blocking well.

Soccer (indoor) 24:00 [3]
shoes: Soccer Indoor Nike 2013 Mercer

We played horribly. The other team just made mince meat of us. I couldn't get my mid field to run. It was very frustrating. They would let their guy run right by and the defense was then overwhelmed. We were down 6-1 and got to bring extra player on and still got beat. Even with an extra man my team would leave at least two of the other players open. the final score was 13-7. Keep in mind we played most of the game with an extra player. I scored one of our goals.

Orienteering (score) 1:29:49 [3] 6.04 mi (14:52 / mi)
shoes: O: Icebuds 2012

Score O at Patuxent park. My back was very sore so I was planning to just go for a walk/light jog. I chose the section of close in controls. Once I got going, my back loosened up and felt good. I got beat up in some other ways early in the course (ran into branch with my chest, stick in the eye, thorns across the hole body...
I kept coming up short during the course. I figured it was just because I running slow. I didn't realize it was a 1:15,000 map. Everything worked out ok. I was planning my last few controls and had enough time to run the distance but once I got to the road I could see it much farther than I expected. I had to run very hard the last bit to get back in time. I had 11 seconds to spare.
