Run (road) 17:52 [2] 2.1 mi (8:30 / mi)
shoes: Brooks adrenaline GTS 2013

Easy run to see how the calf felt. Calf was ok but other muscles were sore/achey. Unfortunately, I hurt my back when I bent over to until the shoelace after I got back from running.

Other (clearing trail) 4:00:00 [3] 0.5 mi (7:59:48 / mi)

Finished the 0.6 mile loop. Picking up sticks, sawing trees/branches, and chopping fallen logs. There were more trees down across than I anticipated including one that I wouldn't even consider cutting down without my chainsaw. People will have to crawl under it as you can't gov over it and you can't go around it. I was very tired by the end.

Part of the intensity was 1 : picking up sticks,
Part was 3: sawing
Part was 5: Chopping
4 PM

bike (mountain) 34:47 [3] 2.85 mi (12:12 / mi)

Wanted to test out the full loop.

Did the 0.6 loop in 9:54. It was fun. It was annoying having to go under the on tree and I stumbled several times on the other sections including the hills. also spun out in the sand area.

I decided to go ahead and to the other part of the course that I haven't cleared and see how bad ti was. It was pretty bad. The bridges are still intact which is good but there more trees down than expected. With the stilt grass high in places I couldn't even follow the trail. I had to lift my bike over numerous trees.

bike (road) 26:00 [2] 3.6 mi (7:13 / mi)

After biking on the trail, I went biking with Darcy on the road. It was soo much easier.
