The other team only had one person show so we scrimmaged 4 on 4. On a week I was going to take it easy I ended up running very hard. It was fun but very tiring.
I still couldn't sprint hard which made it difficult to chase the fast breaks. I was being careful not to overdo it and pull something.

butt muscles still sore. I started off ok but rhen got real slow.

GPS was off so it read I ran farther than I did (below are GPS) overall distance is correct ones.
