went for a Walk with Darcy. old neighborhood then through the park. Nice warm day out.

It was a typical night O for me. I made several serious mistakes. Some because I couldn't read the details on the map (in the dark) and some because I am a bonehead. In one case I discovered I was running 180 degrees the wrong direction. I was amazed how fast I would move when I was going the wrong way.

It was a close game. We tied 1-1 even though we had more shots we couldn't get them in.

Strained a back muscle but still went running. Started off slow (slower than normal) and gradually sped up some.
