Got home late but still went for a treadmill run. Ran the first two miles at 7:30 pace but couldn't keep that up so I dropped down to 8:20 mile. My ankle started hurting so I cut the run short.

Still sore from yesterday so I wanted to take a rest day but still do something. Did a few free weights.

Easy jog just to loosen up some. Right ankle is sore.

Tired from yesterday. I started off ok but got tired. I didn't have spring to bounce across the rock and get through the green. I screwed up #9. I got to high because I was thinking I needed to stay high. Nadim was lower and he missed the control. I had several small things but nothing major. Tweaked my ankle a few times and hurt it again on the way to 12. Started cramping towards the end of the course so had to slow way down.
