I was going to go for an easy run to loosen up. However, when I started my quad was hurting so I just jogged 1/2 mile.

we continued our winning trend. We are now 23-1. We are doing so well that we decided to move up a league next season. We are starting to try and play up a level and not just coast through our current games.

Another late night game. I was tired when it started. I strained a quad early in the game and I was worried about it. It was a problem for a while but I adjusted.
I actually had a good game. I scored 2 goals and had several other opportunities. I hit the goal post on several shots.
We won 4-3.

Used my new PETZL light to see how it works. it has reactive mode so it adjusts the brightness based on the amount of ambient light. This is very useful when looking at a map (it dims so you don't get blinded) but goes full 210 lumens when look off In the distance. I still need to program it for orienteering mode. It is weird to run along the road. The light practically goes off when you run under a street light and comes back one when past it.

This was a motala styled event in a very open field area. There were 4 loops which people did in different order followed by a longer 5th loop.
I grabbed the wrong map on my 3rd loop so ended up doing an extra loop. This put be 6 minutes behind the people I should have been with. It did allow me to pass people the last loop.
