Start off quick but got tired part way through. heel is still sore. I think I have plantar faciatis.

invited to practice with an A team. I was very rusty. it was good to get out and hit some. I was doing better by the end. My volleyball muscles are out of shape and will be sore for several days.

Playoff game for 3rd place. We picked up a new player which didn't help. We weren't on our A game and ended up loosing 6-4. I played so-so. Unfortunately I was on the weak lineup with the new guy who wasn't very good. They scored 3 goals against us in the first rotation until we changed things around.

Vetting controls for Beginner training. Basically a trail run. I think the main reason I went out wasn't to verify that everything was there but to knock down all the spider webs. There were a bunch on the smaller trails.
