It was hot and very humid out. My heart rate was up even though I wasn't running that fast.

Walk with Darcy up to the new neighborhood. They have take down a lot more trees and put in a sidewall. No new work on the house.

Playoff game. We played the first place game. They were better then we are. We still played ok but couldn't get a goal. The goalie was very good. We did come back at the end but lost 6-4.

Did the Squirrel Kill 90 minutes Score. Picked up the controls (streamers) as I went. Planned my route to hit the water stops late in the course and had to carry the remaining water the last few controls. Because of the water the route may not have been ideal but I was able to get all the controls just under the 90 minute limit. I tried to keep moving and running at a good pace as much as possible.
I did find some chiggers on me after my run. I celebrated by run by driving to get a Slurpee and then picking up the remaining water jugs that I had left in the earlier part of the course.
