Sierra Fest- trail cross run (trail run with opportunities to cut some corners. Lots of climb. I started walking earlier and caught a lot of people that ran up the road. Going up the mountain was tiring. Coming down was very fast.

Day 4 of orienteering. I was still tired and sore but less so previous days. Generally did ok but messed up two controls. Going to number 4 I ran off the map. I got on an unmapped ride and followed it off the map. I realized I had run off the map but had very tough time relocating. I finally relocated off control 5 which I could see in the distance.
Going to 7 I misread the map and had a less then optimal route choice.
Except for 4 I was ok with my run. It definitely could have been faster but that is what you get for not training.
GPS watch said covered 7.5K.
