It was hot and really really humid. After too hours of doing easy yard work I was as wet as if I had jumped into a pool with all my clothes on.

Muddy Branch summer Series. Idea is to repeat legs and see which route is fastest. Run a leg, jog back and run a different route.
this worked fine until I got too hot and tired. Once I started to walk you couldn't tell if a route choice was better or if I just walked more. The 2nd time was almost always faster since the most time was spent on the final approach and since I had already been at the control there was no time lost there.
I did make one big mistake. I did the initial leg and messed up trying to return to the start.

After the game it was 91 degrees outside and even hotter inside. Everyone was dying of heat. unfortunately it took more of toll on my team and we just got sluggish. The other team took advantage and we lost 6-3 (after having been up 3-1. I was sweating so much. I was worried about one guy getting heat stroke but he lasted ok.
