Orienteering (greenbelt summer ser) 28:42 [4] 3.31 mi (8:40 / mi)
shoes: 2010 Asics equation 3

Peggy set a multi-loop at greenbelt Sweetgum field. Nadim and I were on the same team and we would do a loop then hand off the other person. The loops were not long so it was interval training for orienteering. It was good for practicing getting in and out of controls.

Jogged the white course as a warm down. It was tough to keep moving as I was tired.

Walk with Darcy up to the CVS. skipped soccer to let me back heal. It is feeling better but I didn't want to risk injuring it again.
