Other (chain sawing) 1:20:00 [2]

Cutting down trees in the yard. I over did it and hurt my back. Too much bending over chain sawing. My core muscles just weren't up to it. It was painful to bend over. I still had to finish what I started and managed to complete what I set out to do. Still lots more to be done but that can wait.
4 PM

Orienteering (pig tail) 1:29:01 [3] 5.04 mi (17:40 / mi)
shoes: O: falcons 2012

7 loop one man relay Eddie set. I screwed up one control.
Started very slow as my back was sore. I went around a lot of stuff rather than bend down or jump over.
After finishing, my back really started tightening up. It took me a 1/2 hour to walk back from the finish.

Orienteering (mapping) 4:00:00 [2] 5.0 mi (48:00 / mi)
shoes: O: falcons 2012

Mapping at South Hilltop area. It was not too hot but very humid out.
I finished GPS'ing the trails and did a bunch of mapping also. There was a lot of climb in the areas I mapped.
4 PM

Run (road w/trail) 50:00 [3] 5.55 mi (9:01 / mi)
shoes: Reeboks

Went for run after mapping. Ran the trail down to the river trail and ran the entire river trail. Twisted my ankle on the trail but was able to keep going. I was fine for the first third, then I started to get tired. I was dehydrated also. Made the turn around and was most of the way back when I my legs were hurting and I was worried about cramping. Just then someone asked for directions so I stopped and gave them to them. I thought I was ok to run but when I started to run I did cramp up. I had to stay and stretch but while I thought I had stopped the watch I only took a split. The trail up to parking was 100 m climb in the ..25 mile. I had to walk most of it.
