It was warm out (mid 50's so I ran outside). running outside in the dark is harder than running on the treadmill. I thought I was running hard but the clock doesn't lie.

Another day, another treadmill run. Ran a few seconds faster which was tough since I had a borderline side ache the whole way.
New Hi-def TV in the basement with premiums channels is nice. Now I can run and watch TV without commercials. Today was the bourne supremecy.

Did a few free weights. Since I am on the treadmill I may as well do some upper body strength stuff while I cool down after my run.
