Felt better today than last time on the treadmill. didn't start really feeling it until the last 1/2 mile. Maybe I am getting into shape.

shoulder still sore. I did a hard spike during warmup and it hurt. I served underhand to avoid pain serving overhand.
My team (me included) played in spurts. We would play well, then fall apart, then play well. We ended up loosing.

The team we played got a lot new players. We ended up tying 1-1. It was good game. Tough but good. I played well on defense but did get tired. i should have dribbled more on defense.
