I figured it would be good idea to do a longer run (at least longer for me). I went a long run yesterday so said lets try it. I started off on the optional 4 or 6 mile run, took the six mile option. Then I started getting worried about bathroom issues so turned off the 6 mile option to back to a 4 mile run. I slowed down and decided to add more distance to was now just running all over the place.

Disney to Severn road, to reece, to new disney, to backway to the park, to rt 175 + 1 park loop to home.

My stomach was acting up but I decided to still go running. I wanted to do a longer run but now wasn't sre.

I started out slow to see how things would go. I was able to run longer than I have in quite awhile.

We were in last place playing the 2nd to last place team. As per usual, we got sloppy and the team we should have beaten we tied 4-4.

The other team forfeited as they didn't have enough players. We split into two teams and just scrimmaged 8 on 8. It was good scrimmage with lots of running.
