Still running a fever off an on throughout the day. Felt better than yesteday and could actually eat something. Went for a short 1/2 mile walkt with Darcy.

Not feeling well. Didn't sleep well and light headed. I had to go to work. After breakfast I felt a little better so I went to work but couldn't concentrate. Went home early. i was running a fever.

Warmup around the parking lot. It was still above 90 outside and about 95 inside.

Semi-final playoff game. It was 95 degrees inside wiht no air flow.
It was a very hard game but we dominated. We won 5-0. I was totally depleted by the end.

Eventhough i was beat I jogged around the parking lot to warm down. A front was coming through and it was starting to sprinkle and breezy. It actuallly felt cold since i was covered in sweat still. That should have been my signal that something wasn't right.
As usual I stopped at a drivethrough for dinner and it was pouring rain so i got soaked again.

I am getting back into shape. I have now exercised more than 7 days in a row. speed is still down but am working on it.
Rt 175 + Severn Road. accidentally stopped my watch part way through and didn't realize it so am estimating some of the splits.
