Orienteering (summer Series) 53:27 [3] 6.2 km (8:37 / km)

Sprint like controls. I am still out of shape and wasn't fast. I was fairly clean. We didn't have separate control descriptions so I did the course without unfolding the map and look at it. It made it difficult as I didn't always know the details of what I was looking for. It was rainy out and very humid but at least it wasn't hot.

GPS watch said I went 4.59 miles.

Orienteering (control pickup) 15:33 [2] 0.8 mi (19:27 / mi)

Picked up four controls. Walked a bunch and jogged some.

We played a good team. The ref screwed up the score, and my team screwed at at the game. We ended up tieing eventhough the ref gave them the victory. We should have one. We still one the regular season. Playoff starts the next week.

I was healthy so I had to practice this week. I did the full workout. I was still being careful on the hard sprints.
