summer series- idea was to memorize control locations, control description, then run to control and return with the codes. New, rough map. Too many things to remember. i did best just running around looking for controls then coming back and seeing where I had been. At one point, I just decided to go for a long run around the park figuring I would see some controls. I didn't see any as they weren't on the trails as marked.
I was still hurt so was running very gingerly. Darcy was out walking so I walked with her for about 500meters.
