summer series- idea was to memorize control locations, control description, then run to control and return with the codes. New, rough map. Too many things to remember. i did best just running around looking for controls then coming back and seeing where I had been. At one point, I just decided to go for a long run around the park figuring I would see some controls. I didn't see any as they weren't on the trails as marked.

I was still hurt so was running very gingerly. Darcy was out walking so I walked with her for about 500meters.

I felt a little better at the start but then my legs started getting tight again. I didn't get much farther. I hobbled most of the way back. I think I need to stretch it out more now.

I Thought I would go for an easy jog. It was 97 degrees out. First run in a week. I could only go a little ways before I decided to call itr quits. My leg is still too sore.

Since I can't run I did some weight work which I haven't done in a long time. Just used my free weight. Also did some sit up and pushups.

did some WII fit work. I haven't done this in a long time either. i was good on games and made the top 10 in every game but one (the penuin one). did half moon yoga also.
