I was finally healthy. I was still playing careful just in case. Then the goalie did something stupid which put me in a awk situation. I was left in a desperate situation and had to clear the ball out as I was falling. The twisting motion on my new healed leg was to much. I rehurt my leg, and worse this time.

Last of the Wed training. Lot of trail run and lots of climb. I should have been faster but still recovering. I was off on one control and hesitated. first time I ran with glasses. Quite an experience since they are reading glasses. I even tied streamer to them so I looked like a total dork :)

Not very fast. I could still feel my sore string but I tried to run tonight instead of just jog. I was still really slow.
