First soccer since my injury. I was playing carefully. There was one twinge but I think it was just stretching the muscle out. Felt good the rest of the game. We pulled out a victory which was nice. Won 3-2.

Wed training for Eddie. I had hung the streamer during the weekend which was good because I made eddie start first so he couldn't follow my tracks throught the grass. The down side is Eddie was taking the streamers down as he went which made it harder for me in the control circle. i was going to cut the course short but since I was doing ok (althought slow) I just kept going.
Distance traveled 6.13 miles.
I tried some different routes from when I hung the controls. They weren't any better.

Traumatic event, Had to put our eldest cat to sleep. She was 20 years old and it was time.
After that, went for an easy run.

I was tired but I had to check out the field conditions. Unfortunately, The fields have gotten to overgrown. I decided to check out the whole yellow course. The park also closed a critical trail. I needed to totally redo the yellow course and part of the white.
