Taking this week off to rest my ankle. it has been getting progressivly worse. I figured it was ok on the exercise bike as I didn't have much weight on it. I haven't ridden the bike in a long time. It was hard on the thighs.

Ran the course that Darcy and I walked last night so I could measure the distance on my GPS watch. I was going to run more that that but the bathroom beckoned.
