I was worried about my ankle which got twisted at Volleyball. It hadn't been bothering me but this was the first run. It was a little tender but worked ok. I am out of shape. I was really feeling tired the last mile.

Did 4 loop + 1 Park Loop.

Straight from Volleyball to Soccer. We tied 3-3. I played ok. Not great, not bad.
