Decided to do what for me is a long run. I did my 10K course which I haven't run in a long time. I wore my GPS so I could measure the course. I tis a little longer than I thought. My mile markers didn't quite match up but were pretty close. I tried to keep running but not push the pace. I could really start feeling it the last two miles.

6 mile loop: disney road to Severn road, ridge road, Rt 175 home.

I played goalie. It was boring back there. I gave up a goal when I made a bad goal kick right to another player who kicked it back at me. It was a low kick that was right to me. Unfortunately it took a bounce off a rock and bounced over my head and into the goal.

Super streamer O. I did this as a warm up to the main orienteering. I was tired and thirsty after I started.

I had some difficulties at control 4 so lost my momentum to try. There was a lot of side of hill running which was difficult. My vision is going so I was unable to read the small stuff on the map.

GPS said I traveled 6.48 miles.
