I ws just tired. I lost several minutes on several controls. One I am pretty sure the map wasn't right.

Had an ok run. I didn't feel very fast. It was a runners course with lots of trails.

the other team was quick. We did ok on offense but were slow on the transition to defense. I was playing easy to be sure I didn't re-injure my hamstring.
We lost 8-5

Soccer practice. I am still being careful my hamstring so played very easy.
I wore my GPS watch to see how far I went during an easy practice.
