I got a late start and wasn't very motivated so didn't cover much ground. At least I got out at all and got some exercise.

I took the day off from work to rest my hurt back. I am still hurt but as captain have to show up at the soccer game. I came prepared to play just in case we short people. We were short people. I hobbled the whole game. My back wasn't the problem but my other ailment, my left calf.
