Easy jog around the parking lot. I was really tired after the game so my warmdown was much slower than normal.

Another week, another game. My team hasn't been doing to well this season. We won last week and again tonight. All the rest have been loses. Tonight I ran hard and played well. I got to play mid field so did a lot of running. I scored one goal but was the play maker for several others.

Walked a mile on the treadmill before dinner. It was raining out and my back was still sore.

My team is shrinking. I got one new player but lost one. We started the game with 11 and finished with 11. The difference was 3 of the 11 were hurt and just standing on the field.
