Course was a long sprint. I wasn't mentally prepared for this but did ok. I was hesitant in the circle so lost some time. I also had trouble with th 1:7500 scale. Things came up quicker than I expected. I lost time trying to decide things instead of just looking up and running.
Covered 3.8 miles over the course.
This is the first A meet I wore the heart rate monitor. My heart rate was slightly higher than local orienteering or running. Normally mid 140's and this time was 150 average. Could be because navigation was easier so I didn't get much rest time deciding what to do.

Games were postponed another week so we scrimmaged the same team again. We play them for real next week.
I don't know the final score but it was about 3-3. I scored a goal for us again. That makes 4 games I have scored a goal.

Largely a repeat course from last nights course. Orienteering was fine but I ran out of steam 1/2 way through the course. I just got slower and slower.

Picking Up controls. Tired but tried to jog most of the time.

One control was forgotten so I went back out to get it.
